Eimear Kelly O’Sullivan

It has been my privilege to teach people from diverse backgrounds for almost 20 years in both the UK and in my home country Ireland. Through my experience of working with neurodivergent adults I have gained insight into the challenges that people face both in education and at work. Understanding these challenges, I empower people to develop strategies that play on strengths and achieve success.

I am passionate about everyone’s right to access and sustain meaningful employment, and I believe it is essential that workplaces are inclusive environments where everyone can thrive and progress. My core values led me to work in partnership with Inclusion UK to empower organisations to build an inclusive culture.
