I am a dynamic Inclusion Training facilitator specialising in Inclusive Leadership.

With significant experience of delivering qualifications and facilitating training in the Private, Public and Third sectors, I am exceptionally skilled at engaging participants, facilitating debates, and managing difficult conversations about controversial subjects. Through interactive learning sessions tailored to business needs, I inspire leaders to transform their practice and build an inclusive culture.

In addition to facilitating training, I am a professional executive coach empowering clients to break through barriers. Using a bold approach, I apply my understanding of how identity and bias impact perception, behaviour and outcomes when coaching clients to remove barriers and transform culture.

My qualifications include: ILM Level 7 in Management Coaching and Mentoring; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management; Level 4 in Child and Adolescent Psychology; Level 2 in Counselling Skills; Certificate in Equality and Diversity.
