Leticia is a highly experienced Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with over 10 years’ experience within the corporate legal industry. Leticia obtained her Law LLB Degree and sought a career as a Lawyer. Whilst working within the legal industry, she noticed a clear need for more Diversity and Inclusion efforts within the sector. Fuelled by her passion for greater diversification, she embarked on the journey of amplifying firms’ Diversity and Inclusion efforts, with the goal of them becoming a more equitable employer that champions Diversity.
Leticia has worked with multiple corporate firms on their Diversity and Inclusion strategies. She has ideated and executed various internal and external structural changes, policies, programs and initiatives to enable firms to make active and continued commitment to change, working with firms’ senior management and leadership teams.
Leticia provides Consultancy Services and Training on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity best practice to all key stakeholders within a business to encourage diversity in thought and in practice. Leticia is well versed in equity legislation (Equality Act 2010) and has specialist experience in delivering training in areas such as Unconscious Bias, Disability, Neurodivergence, Race, Gender Awareness, and issues surrounding Mental Health such as Imposter Syndrome and its impact within the workplace.
