Online platform
We use Zoom to deliver live virtual training.
Zoom:
- has closed captions
- supports screen readers
- has customisable colour contrast
We can use Microsoft Teams upon request.
Training Materials
We sometimes provide handouts in our face-to-face training sessions. We can provide these materials in different formats. For example, large print or on coloured paper.
If you need materials in a different format, let us know at least two weeks prior to your training session. We need a reasonable amount of time to arrange this.
