Over the last 30 years I have carried out a wide variety of roles including: Teacher, Educator, Trainer, Assessor, Internal Verifier, Counsellor, and Interpreter.

For more than 20 years I worked in education with adults and young people from diverse backgrounds. My determination to support and empower people led to a career in counselling to help people address mental health issues so that they can thrive and progress in their career.

Inclusive practice is integrated in my day-to-day work. I share best practice with organisations to help them build an inclusive culture.

I am an experienced Bilingual Interpreter, highly skilled at communicating in Bengali/Sylheti, as well as English.
