Leading Neuro-inclusion at Work

This course is designed to help leaders, managers and HR / People team members better understand neuro-inclusion and their role in building an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Participants will gain insights into what neuro-inclusion means and their role in building an inclusive culture to drive team performance, innovation, and problem-solving.

Through engaging discussions and practical guidance, participants will learn how to recognise and challenge unconscious bias, communicate clearly, and build a culture of psychological safety.
