Siobhan Corria

Siobhan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a senior inclusion leader with over a decade of Board and Executive-level experience across complex, values-led charities.

Her work focuses on embedding inclusion, equity, and cultural accountability into organisational strategy — ensuring that equality, diversity, and inclusion are not statements of intent, but visible, measurable realities.

Siobhan’s grounding is frontline: youth justice and social work with children, families and communities navigating risk and complexity. This foundation shaped her deep commitment to trust, participation, evidence and public accountability. She later served as an elected member and Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, accountable for a £45m portfolio, strengthening her expertise in governance, risk and statutory equality and safeguarding oversight.

Across national charities in children’s services and healthcare, she has led EDI and culture transformation at scale. At Arthritis UK, she built and led a national Culture function overseeing EDI, wellbeing, and people analytics, ensuring culture and safety were strategically aligned and measurable. At Action for Children, she led inclusion strategies across a workforce of several thousand and strengthened structured participation frameworks that amplified the voices of children and young people at senior level.

Siobhan is typically engaged as a consultant when systems, culture or inclusion are under pressure. Her approach is calm, evidence-led and relational — creating the conditions for honest dialogue, strong governance and sustainable change.
