Trauma at Work
In this training we explore the impact of trauma on psychological safety, wellbeing and performance in the workplace.
This training to equips people leaders, managers and staff with the skills required to support colleagues who are experiencing trauma. You will be empowered with knowledge and understanding required to support staff wellbeing, contributing to psychological safety at work.
You will learn about:
- how our natural threat systems operate
- how and why trauma shows up and the impact this has on our physical and psychological wellbeing
- the extent of this impact on employee wellbeing and performance
- emotional intelligence and its capacity to help counteract the effects of trauma states, and build towards greater psychological safety, cohesion and performance in the workplace.
