The Inclusive Excellence Award process will improve employee morale, commitment, and engagement by demonstrating that you value employee views.

Award Process

The Inclusive Excellence Award process has 3 steps:

1. All employees in your organisation are invited to complete an Inclusive Excellence survey.
2. The survey results are analysed and scored.
3. A report is produced summarising your organisation’s survey findings, highlighting key themes, best practice, and areas for enhancement.

You’ll receive:

• confirmation of the achievement of your Inclusive Excellence Award
• a certificate in recognition of your achievement
• an Inclusive Excellence Award logo that you can use on your business stationery, social media and communications for 2 years.
• information on how to become an Inclusive Excellence Leader
