Bethany Berry

Bethany is a committed advocate for change, with an unrivalled passion for diversity and inclusion. With over 30 years of lived experience, living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user, Bethany brings a unique perspective to equity, inclusion, and mental health. She enjoys facilitating discussions, educating, and empowering others to make meaningful changes.

By sharing her lived experiences Bethany uncovers the many inequities disabled people face on a day-to-day basis. She instigates thought-provoking discussions that will drive you to become proactive to take action to remove barriers and make meaningful changes in your workplace.

Bethany’s qualifications include a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management; MA in Community Leadership; BA (Hons) in Professional and Educational Studies and Special Educational Needs.
