Surveys
Surveys are a great way to measure how inclusive your organisation is.
We work in partnership with you to design anonymised surveys about inclusion.
We analyse the qualitative and quantitative data from your surveys and provide a detailed report on the survey findings. In this report we highlight areas of inclusion that your organisation does well and areas that could be strengthened.

Focus Groups
We analyse the qualitative data from the focus groups and provide a detailed report on the findings. In this report we highlight ideas, insights and observations that are useful for making business decisions relating to inclusion. Focus groups can be moderated for any type of stakeholder:

Focus Groups help you to understand the shared experiences and feelings of people within your organisation.
We work in partnership with you to identity inclusion topics that you would like insights about.
Interviews
We work in partnership with you to identity the most suitable interview method.
We analyse the qualitative and/or qualitative data from the interviews and provide a detailed report on the findings. In this report we highlight feelings, perceptions and experiences that will help the organisation better understand how inclusive it is.
