Jennifer is the Founder and Director of Inclusion UK (Global Inclusion Ltd), and the architect of the Inclusive Excellence Accreditation Framework.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in education and inclusion, including 12 years of senior leadership experience in Further Education. With her data driven methods, solution-focused thinking, and coaching approach, Jennifer supports and challenges organisations to identify steps they can take to build an inclusive culture and diverse workforce.
Jennifer’s qualifications include a MBA in Education Leadership and Management, PGCE Post-compulsory Education and Training, and Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
