Sharon has been working in the Social Care industry since 1999, gaining her Diploma in Social Care in 2004 and her BA (Hons) degree with honours at the University of Greenwich in 2010. Sharon is also a qualified teacher (PGCE QTLS) and is experienced at providing training for businesses in the Public, Private and Third Sector.

Sharon has been a Registered Care Manger and understands the importance of providing employees with training in equality, diversity, inclusion, and mental health at work. She is particularly passionate about ensuring disabled people and those with mental health conditions are provided with any adjustments or support they require to thrive in the workplace.

Sharon delivers training that equips leaders, managers, and staff with the knowledge and skills they require to comply with equality legislation and to support the mental health and well-being of all employees. Sharon specialises in Mental Health Awareness, Disability Awareness and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults in the Workplace.
